Accounts & financial management of SEEDO:
SEEDO keeps Account as per standard accounting system. All sorts of voucher or advances are to place in the Chairman and according to the approval money is withdrawn from the Bank accounts by the signature of any of the two personnel. Accounts are maintained as per rule of the donors. Vouchers and records are preserved for verification and audit. Chartered Accountant firms for improving the financial control and management system will audit the books and accounts of the program annually. The said report are submitted to the donor in due time.
Bank accounts operation of SEEDO
Account is being kept for the organization maintaining separate bank account operated with joint signature of two responsible persons. For the smooth functioning of the project activities all sorts of Bank Accounts of SEEDO have been maintaining with joint signatory system. The authorized signatory powered personnel are the Chairman, Secretary & the Treasurer.
